Final Chapter: The Fall of Gods and the Rebirth of the Universe
As the chamber grew heavy with tension, God closed His eyes, the weight of centuries of creation pressing upon His mind. He raised His hand, and with a snap of His fingers, the air shimmered. Eris, the goddess of chaos, materialized before them, her figure surrounded by an aura of dark energy.
Loviator stepped forward, his voice hard with accusation. "How dare you mess with us, Eris? How did you even know about Cupid's father?"
Eris’s lips curled into a sly smile. “I heard you talking to Whiro,” she said, her tone laced with mockery. "I’ve been watching. I admire him, and I love him. But Cupid... Cupid stood in my way. He was the god of love, and he forbade my love. So, I devised this plan to remove him from the equation."
Loviator’s expression hardened. “What? You used all of this to get rid of Cupid? To destroy him, just so you could express your love?”
Eris shrugged, her eyes gleaming with a dangerous light. "Do you forget that he is the god of love, and he prevented me from having what I desired? I wanted him gone, and this was the perfect strategy to do so."
God, who had been silent for a moment, now spoke, His voice thunderous with divine fury. "Eris, I can burn you right now."
Eris scoffed, unshaken. "No, you cannot."
God’s eyes darkened, His voice growing colder. "Do you know who you are speaking to, Eris? I created you, and I can destroy you."
Eris’s smirk never faltered. “Okay, try it now.”
God raised His hand, his power crackling in the air, but to His surprise, Eris was unaffected. No matter how much divine might He summoned, it was as if she were protected by some unseen force. The realization hit God like a sharp blow—he could not touch her.
"Loviator," God said, his voice filled with urgency. "Announce the emergency. Tighten the security in Heaven."
Loviator looked at God, confused. “Why? What’s happening?”
God’s face grew grave. “He’s coming.”
Loviator furrowed his brow, sensing the gravity of the situation. “Who is coming?”
God's voice dropped, filled with dread. “Saturn.”
Eris, her voice laced with venom, added, "Saturn is right. You are cowardly because of him."
God turned His gaze toward her, unblinking. “The war begins.”
Eris grinned, her eyes flickering with chaos. “See you later, my god.” With that, she vanished into the shadows, leaving God and Loviator in the wake of her chaos.
Meanwhile, Whiro, the god of health, was alerted to the growing unrest. Racing toward the conflict, he confronted Eris, his voice filled with disbelief. “How could you do this, Eris?”
Eris turned toward him, her voice softening. "I was promised by Saturn that he would reunite me with my love. He promised to bring us together. What other choice did I have?"
Whiro’s eyes widened in horror. “No way…”
Before he could react, Saturn, the god of time and destruction, appeared, his presence suffocating. He reached out, grabbing Whiro by the throat, lifting him effortlessly into the air.
Eris screamed, rushing to intervene. “Leave him! He is my love!”
Saturn turned his cold eyes toward her, his lips curling in disdain. "Do you think I will listen to you?" he mocked, before crushing Whiro’s life with a single, swift motion. The god of health crumpled to the ground, dead.
Eris was next. Saturn’s wrath was swift and merciless. As her lifeless body hit the ground, the heavens themselves seemed to tremble in sorrow and fury.
The battle for Heaven had begun. Gods and mortals alike rallied against Saturn, but his power was overwhelming. Loviator and his allies, Frigga, Hera, Eros, Apophis, and Lilith, all fought valiantly, but they too fell one by one in the face of Saturn's relentless power.
As the war raged on, the balance of the Earth began to shatter. The entire universe was thrown into chaos. Saturn, in his fury, sent a quarter of his army to Earth, slaughtering those who still prayed to the gods. Entire cities were wiped out, and only a handful of Saturn’s worshippers and a few who had rejected the divine order were spared. These survivors were kept alive to worship Saturn, as he had promised them a new world under his rule.
As the battle between God and Saturn raged, the chaos and divine energy awakened something dormant within Nethra. One by one, the memories of all her past lives flooded back—her countless cycles of birth, love, loss, and betrayal. The weight of her existence, shaped by a destiny she never chose, became overwhelming.
In that moment, as the echoes of her pain and resilience merged into a singular consciousness, Nethra began to glow with an otherworldly light. Her form shimmered, and then, like a fleeting whisper, she vanished into the air.
Her essence dissipated, carried by the currents of the universe, leaving behind only the faintest trace of her presence. Her cycles had finally ended, her spirit liberated amidst the unraveling of everything she had once known.
The clash between the gods and Saturn was unrelenting. Neither side could accept defeat, but the universe itself began to collapse under the strain. The very fabric of existence tore at the edges, and time itself seemed to warp and bend. Finally, in a cataclysmic moment, the Supreme God descended—unseen by the gods, unheard by the mortals. His presence was absolute.
With one movement, the Supreme God destroyed everything. The gods, Saturn’s armies, the creatures, and even the living and non-living beings—all were obliterated. The universe fell silent, void of life or matter. The space where stars once burned was now a vast, endless emptiness.
The Supreme God stood alone, His gaze sweeping over the ruin He had created. Then, with a simple wave of His hand, the Supreme God began the process of creation anew. The universe, once broken beyond repair, was reborn—silent, pristine, and full of potential.
